Processing and delivery
We process orders within up to 7 days. For EU destinations, orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days from the date you place your order, including processing and delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, carrier, or customs processing. If you need an estimate for a particular destination outside the EU, email us before ordering.
Orders are generally fulfilled from Latvia, although some are fulfilled from Spain. The fulfilment location depends on the items ordered and may vary.

Free shipping is available on eligible orders of €60 or more. For destinations outside the EU, eligibility depends on the products in your basket. Checkout will show whether your order qualifies.
We ship to many destinations outside the EU. Availability depends on the products and delivery address entered at checkout.
Customs and import charges
Orders shipped from the EU to destinations outside the EU may incur import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees. These charges are set by the destination country or carrier and may need to be paid by the recipient. Customs processing can also affect delivery times.
Delayed, lost, or damaged deliveries
When your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.
If your order is delayed, tracking says it was delivered but you have not received it, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact info@alpha-and-omega.eu with your order number. We’ll investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue. If the parcel arrived damaged, please include photos if possible.
