The measurements below refer to your body, not the shorts. Measure around the narrowest part of your waist and the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. If you fall between sizes, choose the larger size.

Choose the size that matches both your waist and hip measurements. If you fall between sizes, or your waist and hips point to different sizes, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit and freedom of movement.
How to Measure
- Waist
Place the tape on the narrowest part of the waist and measure around.
- Hips
Put the beginning of the tape measure on one hip and bring the tape across the fullest part of the hips back to where you started measuring.
